GLP-1 medications are effective, but not a 'magic bullet'
Understand the risks and benefits of GLP-1 drugs, and learn about the measures that ensure appropriate drug use for diabetes and weight loss management.
To avoid the adverse impacts of shifting to daylight saving time, including mental fog, a weakened immune system, and adverse medical events, prepare your campus for the clocks to spring forward. Encourage students to be proactive by getting in some morning sunshine, staying active, making healthy food choices, and prioritizing their sleep in the days leading up to the start of daylight saving time.
Is there a student health topic you want to see featured? Or maybe a trending topic? How about a topic you'd love to provide your professional opinion on?
Please send us your idea, and a member of our marketing team will follow up.
