Although we’re still confronting challenges in managing the fallout from the pandemic, it’s exciting to see the progress of vaccinations countrywide.
With a focus on the positive, this month we explore mindfulness. It's a practice that I find so helpful in grounding myself and reducing stress. We’ll examine Koru Mindfulness and how the program can help provide college students the tools they need to manage stress.
We also share another great story of our payment integrity team back in action. This month, we highlight how the discovery of inaccurate billing saved a student member and client $1,000s.
